The largest suite in the hotel, the Petronius Suite is furnished in classical style with rare 18th century French antiques and adorned with some of the hotel’s most precious works of art. Tennis

The Cavalieri has two clay tennis courts of Davis Cup standard, which are floodlit by night for evening games. They are frequently used by international professional players during their stays in Rome.

L'Uliveto Restaurant

On the garden level of the hotel, L'Uliveto overlooks the landscaped park adjacent to the outdoor pool. Featuring Mediterranean and international dishes, its menu leans naturally towards Italian cuisine. Informal and welcoming, L'Uliveto sets high culinary standards and regularly highlights regional specialties, from Puglia to Piemonte. In summer tables are laid outside on the terrace.

La Pergola

The best hotel restaurant in Italy, La Pergola is much more than just a famous menu. Its three- Michelin stars -- the only restaurant in Rome to be accorded such an honor -- attest to the excellence of its cuisine.
